CHILI FRIED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. butter
3 chickens, cut into pieces
4 tsp. salt, divided
2 c. flour
1 1/3 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. water
3 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)

Line two 15 x 10 inch pans with foil. Divide butter between pans, place in 425 degree oven about 5 minutes. Sprinkle both sides of chicken pieces with 3 teaspoons salt. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Dip chicken in wet and then in dry. Place skin side down in pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, bake another 20 minutes.
