CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 pkg. sugar free raspberry Jello
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. nuts
3 c. boiling water
3 c. fresh cranberries, ground
1 1/2 c. apples
1 c. crushed pineapple

1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. 2. Finely chop celery, apples and nuts. 3. To Jello add sugar and dissolve. 4. Add celery, nuts, cranberries, apples and pineapple, blend. 5. Pour into mold and chill until firm. 6. To serve: serve with whipped cream.
