CRANBERRY SALAD 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello (sugar free)
1 sm. apple, diced
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton cherry yogurt (low fat)

Dissolve Jello in water. Cool. Add apple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Fold in yogurt. Pour into quart mold and chill until set.
