1 uncooked 9-inch deep pie shell 1 c. cooked vegetable (spinach or broccoli) 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 tsp. flour 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 3/4 c. milk or non-dairy creamer 1 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss cheese and flour. Beat eggs lightly. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, milk and butter. Place vegetable in pie shell. Pour liquid over cheese and flour. Place in oven. Bake approximately 35 minutes. Poke toothpick in center of pie. Toothpick comes out clean, it's done. |
