INDIAN STEW 
1 lb. lean ground beef or more
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 can water

Brown the beef, pepper and onions. Pour off liquid. Add the flour and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer for about 40 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves about 4-6.
