CHICKEN BREAST DISH 
6 chicken breasts

Bake with skin off. Put in pan and cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees until done (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours). Take the bones out and place chicken in bottom of pan.

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon juice

Spread over chicken.

Then cover with Ritz crackers (rolled out real fine).

Melt 1 stick butter. Pour over chicken and crackers.

Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.

Set in oven, uncovered, and cook (broil) until it bubbles and is lightly browned.
