BARBECUED LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb, butterflied flat
2 c. dry red wine
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 cloves
3 garlic cloves, crushed
Pepper to taste

Marinate lamb for 24 hours in sauce. Barbecue flat side up first 15 minutes, turn and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
