PEACH PIE IN RICH CRUST 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour

FILLING:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. mace
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. red currant jelly
5 c. sliced ripe peaches or 2 (No. 2 1/2) cans sliced peaches, well drained

CRUST: Cream together butter and confectioners' sugar. Blend in flour to make soft dough. Pat evenly on bottom and sides of 12" pizza pan; prick well with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FILLING: Mix cornstarch, granulated sugar, and mace. Stir in orange juice; add jelly. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils, cook 2 minutes more. Cool slightly.

Arrange peaches in single layer in baked shell. Spoon glaze over. Chill. Trim with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
