CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE 
6 oz. box stuffing mix
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. sour cream
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Make stuffing according to directions. Mix chicken, sour cream and soup. Add seasonings. Put in casserole. Cover with stuffing. Cover, microwave on high 3 minutes. Uncover. Bake another 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
