ROBIN'S SURPRISE KISSES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1 bag Hershey's kisses
Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour and chopped nuts; blend well. Remove foil from candies.

Shape about 1 tablespoon of dough around each candy, cover candy completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until set but not brown.

Cool; then roll in confectioners' sugar and store in airtight container. Roll in sugar again before serving. We doubled recipe to use 1 bag of kisses. Enjoy!!
