BROWNIE PUFFS | |
2 egg whites Dash of salt 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted & cooled 3/4 c. chopped walnuts Beat egg whites with salt, vinegar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Drop from teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies. |
