BROWNIE MERINGUES 
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Beat egg whites with salt, vinegar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Drop from teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven about 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
