CRISPY TUNA HOT POT 
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, flaked
1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 (1 1/2 oz.) cans potato sticks

In large bowl, combine undrained flaked tuna, stuffing mix, onion and pimento. Stir in soup and blend well. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place potato sticks over top. Cover casserole with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Serves 4.
