STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburg
1 sm. onion
Green pepper, chopped
Italian seasoning
Onion salt
Seasonings to taste
1 1/2 c. tomato paste or spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cooked rice

Brown hamburg with onion, green pepper and seasonings. Add spaghetti sauce and cooked rice. Mix well, let simmer. Stuff 6 large green peppers. Put 2 cups cooked rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place peppers on rice. Pour some extra spaghetti sauce over rice and peppers. May have to add more sauce as it bakes if rice gets dry. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
