SAUSAGE AND PEPPER WEDGES 
4 lg. peppers, sliced
Oil
Spaghetti sauce
5 onions, sliced
Italian sausage
Rolls

Saute onion and peppers in a little oil until just tender. Boil sausage until cooked through, and drain. Cool and slice. Combine peppers, onions, sausage, and enough sauce to give it color. Serve warm on steak rolls.
