STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
1 pkg. vanilla pudding, NOT instant 1 pkg. tapioca pudding 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 pt. strawberries 2 bananas, sliced 2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip Drain liquid from strawberries and add water to make 2 cups (I use 2 1/2 to 3.) Mix puddings and Jello in 2 quart dish. Gradually add liquid, stirring to keep smooth. Cook on full power 5 to 6 minutes or until thickens and boils. Should be clear. Cool. Add strawberries, bananas and Cool Whip. Refrigerate. (Additional liquid increased cooking time.) |
