APPLE STRUDEL 
Delicious eaten as a dessert or an accompaniment for a main meal.

4 to 6 medium size apples
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk (more if needed)
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pastry recipe for 9-inch pie (or prepared dough)

Roll out pastry dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Peel and slice apples. Spread over pastry. Sprinkle with sugar, flour and cinnamon. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Place in greased loaf pan. Cover with milk.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until well browned.
