JOHN'S POOR BOY FILLETS 
5 slices bacon
1 lb. ground round
Lemon pepper
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
Salt
2 tbsp. chopped green olives with pimiento or black olives
Toothpicks
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Partially cook bacon, should remain limp. Pat out ground round on wax paper forming a rectangle about 1/4" thick. Sprinkle meat with salt and lemon pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, onions, olives, mozzarella cheese. Roll tightly like a jelly roll. Cut slices about 1 1/4" thick and wrap bacon around edge and secure with toothpicks. Grill about 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Makes 5 or 6 fillets.
