CHICKEN SUPERB | |
8 boned & halved chicken breasts 1/2 lb. dried chipped beef Bacon (enough to cover each piece of chicken) 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 pt. sour cream Butter a good sized shallow baking dish. Spread dried beef over bottom. Neatly arrange chicken on the beef. Top each piece of chicken with bacon. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together. Pour cream of mushroom soup mixture over all. Cover dish with aluminum foil; bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Remove foil and bake another hour. Dish will be nicely browned on top. Delicious with rice. |
