SUMMER SQUASH WITH ZUCCHINI 
1 LB. yellow squash
1 lb. zucchini
1 bunch green onions, (chopped including some green tops)
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Do not add water. Wash squash. In heavy skillet, melt butter. Add squash (sliced 1/4 inch thick), onion, salt and pepper. Cover and let cook about 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4
