SUMMER SQUASH (OR ZUCCHINI)
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. squash, cooked and drained, mashed with fork
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. grated cheese

Pour mixed ingredients into buttered casserole and shake bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
