1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Mix together in a quart jar. Keep in refrigerator. Use as needed. Can also be used for cucumbers. Can heat and use to make wilted lettuce. Can substitute 1/4 cup sugar and 6-8 packages artificial sweetener to taste.
