STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed, chopped
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix flour, cake mix and eggs. Add oil, water, strawberry Jello and frozen strawberries. Pour in a greased and floured 13"x9" cake pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until done. Cool and frost with icing.

ICING: Soften 1 stick butter in a bowl; gradually add and work in 1 pound confectioners' sugar. Add 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped. (If icing is too stiff, add small amount of sweet milk or juice from strawberries.)
