KING RANCH DISH 
1 fryer, boiled & deboned
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2 c. American cheese, grated
1 dozen tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken will work
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 can chicken broth

Cut tortillas in quarters or strips and line large baking dish or pan. Layer with half of the chicken, onion and cheese. Put other half of tortillas on and layer again. Hold off cheese.

Heat in large pan 1 can soup, 1 can tomatoes and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over layered casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
