MEXICAN DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can ranch style beans

Brown meat and onion. Layer ingredients in baking dish. Heat soup, tomatoes, beans. Pour over meat and onion. Top with cheese. Serve with chips.
