MEXICAN DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tortillas
Nacho cheese flavor Doritos
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Ranch style beans
Velveeta cheese

Brown ground beef. Add Ranch style beans, Rotel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for 15 minutes. Line bottom of casserole dish with tortilla. Layer mixture of ground meat on top of tortilla. Next layer slices of Velveeta cheese then another layer of tortilla. Cook covered in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with Nacho Cheese flavor chips.
