PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
16 oz. pumpkin
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

Combine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Frost. Makes 4 dozen bars.
