MOM'S CORN SPOONBREAD | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix Grease a 2 quart shallow casserole. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Combine all ingredients, pour into casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes. Center of spoonbread should jiggle slightly to make sure it is moist. |
