LUCY'S CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
