POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello instant coconut pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. poppy seed

Add poppy seeds to water and allow it to sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into well- greased bundt pan or angel food pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Let cake cool for 25 minutes and then remove from pan. This is a well-liked all-around good cake!
