POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant coconut pudding

Mix dry cake mix and pudding mix with poppy seeds. Add water and oil, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cake cool 15 minutes in pan and remove. Cool and drizzle with: 2 to 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or med. cream
