TOMATO PIE 
1 c. Bisquick (enough milk to make dough)

Mix together: 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 fresh tomatoes sliced, use large tomatoes Fresh mushrooms sliced, if like 1 c. Hellmans mayonnaise 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese

Press bisquick dough in pie tin. Put in layer of tomatoes seasoned with basil and onions and repeat until all mushrooms and tomatoes are used could add other fresh vegetables if like. Spread top with cheese mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
