LEMON ROLL-UPS 
1 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt; optional
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded cheese
8 fish fillets, about 2 lb.
Paprika
Dash of dill weed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix melted butter, lemon, salt, pepper and dill weed. In medium bowl, mix rice, broccoli, cheese, and small amount of lemon mixture; mix well.

Divide rice mixture equally amount fillets. Roll up and press seam side down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over fillets. Bake 25 minutes or until fish fillets. Garnish with paprika.
