| EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |

1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour until mixed together. Place into small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and serve. | |

I made this recipe one nite at midnite (cookie craving) and it was super easy to make and quite delicious. I recommend adding a little more sugar and peanut butter if rolling out and cutting into shapes...the flour u have to use to roll it out soakes up the sweet taste. But overall great recipe.
