BAKED POTATO WEDGES 
3 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup crisco oil
paprika
salt
pepper
grated parmesan cheese

Takes about 5 to 10 minutes to prepare. Heat oven to 425°F. Pour crisco oil into a 9 x 13 pan. Scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise. Blot edges with paper towel Put potatoes in pan. Turn to coat evenly with oil, leaving potatoes cut sides up in single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper and cheese.

Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Serve plain or with sour cream, Add extra salt and pepper, if desired.
