SANDWICHES 
Trim crusts from all sides of loaf except bottom. This crust remains to give loaf firmness while sandwiches are being cut.

HAM ROLLS:

Slice loaf thinly lengthwise. Cut into squares. Put a teaspoon of ham and relish mixture through center from corner to corner, and cream cheese on opposite corners to seal. Fold over and garnish with parsley in exposed ends.

PINWHEELS:

Tint chive cheese pale green and spread on bread which has been sliced lengthwise to 1/4 inch thickness. Roll a thin slice of ham tightly and place a strip of green pepper on each side. Lay this on one end of spread bread then roll like a jelly roll. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Slice just before serving.
