PINK ARTIC FREEZE | |
6 oz. cream cheese 2 tbsp. mayo 2 tbsp. sugar 16 oz. can whole cranberries 9 oz. crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip) Soften cheese, blend in mayo and sugar. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" bread pan. Freeze overnight. Let stand at room temperature at least 10 minutes. Turn out on lettuce leaves and slice. Use cranberry sauce and cut with cookie cutters and place on top for show. |
