MEAT BALL SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 med. onion
Salt, pepper, garlic
2 tbsp. catsup
Italian bread crumbs to nice consistency

Brown meat balls in 2 tablespoons butter. 1 can beef broth 1 c. water 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. sugar Salt and pepper to taste 10 oz. frozen green beans 3/4 c. sm. pasta

Cook meatballs until cooked and vegetables are tender. Serve topped with grated cheese. Garlic bread goes well with this soup.
