MEAT BALL SOUP 
1 or 2 bouillon cubes
4 chicken wings
1 med. onion
1 stalk celery
1 fresh, ripe tomato, cut up
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 lb. chop meat
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 qts. water
1/2 lb. pastina (cooked) or 1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Dissolve cubes in 4 quarts water. Add all ingredients (except meat); cook until tender, about 1/2 hour. Form meatballs mixed with cheese the size of large marbles. Add to soup and cook for another 15 minutes. Add pastina or rice. Makes 4 servings.
