MEAT BALL SOUP 
4 cubes beef bouillon
4 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
2 carrots, diced
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. diced onions
1 can tomatoes
Shredded cabbage or frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. basil

Bring bouillon and water to boil. Mix together hamburger and egg. Make into meatballs and drop in boiling mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook about 45 minutes.
