MEAT BALL SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
Onion salt or garlic
2 tbsp. shortening (to saute beef)
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 can old fashioned vegetable soup
1 1/2 cans water
2 c. cooked rotini (spiral) macaroni
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. each oregano & basil
Parmesan cheese, garnish

Mix beef and seasoning, shape into 24 (or smaller) meatballs. Brown meatballs in shortening (or on cookie sheet in oven), remove fat. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese topping (from Campbell's soup label, Hearty Soups). Garlic bread and green salad makes a complete meal.
