PIE CRUST OF OIL | |
2 shells: 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 3 tbsp. water 1 shell: 1 c. & 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. oil 2 tbsp. water Put together and mix. Wipe counter with cold water and put wax paper down. Roll crust between 2 wax papers, peel off one and use the other to handle the crust. Then peel off. It seems to have better crust if I mix one at a time. So easy and no waste. |
