ONE - CRUST RHUBARB PIE | |
Unbaked pie shell 3 c. rhubarb, cut very fine 1 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees until rhubarb is done, about 45 minutes longer. |
