REESES CUP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
About 36 Reese cups

Cream butter, sugars, egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients.

Roll in ball size of walnut. Place in miniature muffin tins. Make depression in each ball. Bake 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes.

Put Reese cup in after removing from oven. Cool in pans 10 minutes or longer. If cookie is not cool enough it will crumble when removing from pan.
