1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix together butter, brown sugar, sugar and egg; cream well. Add vanilla; mix. Add peanut butter; mix well. Add flour, salt and soda. Mix well and roll into small balls. Bake in small muffin pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and press a miniature peanut butter cup in each cookie. Let cool in muffin pan, then remove.
