1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Hershey bar, melted
1-2 tbsp. butter

Mix first 3 ingredients together; pat in bottom of two 9 inch pie pans or a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together Hershey bar and butter; pour over top of peanut butter mixture and spread. Chill.
