PORK CHOP MEAL 
2 pork chops
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 apple, sliced

Brown chops, remove from skillet. Add onions and rice to drippings, stir until brown. Dissolve chicken cube in hot water. Add to rice and onion. Bring to a boil, stir in chopped apples. Pour into a baking dish, arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat apple slices and arrange over pork chops.

Bake until tender.
