LIGHT AND CRUNCHY CHICKEN SALAD | |
Combine 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can Hormel chunk breast of chicken, drained, 1/4 cup chopped apple, 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped celery with 2 tablespoons low-calorie Italian salad dressing; chill. Just before serving, add 3 slices Lite-Line process cheese product, any flavor, cut into pieces. Serve on lettuce; garnish with apple. Refrigerate leftovers. |
