LEMON PINEAPPLE JELLO MOLD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 pkgs. lemon Jello
1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water

Sprinkle Jello over cream cheese and add 3 1/2 cups boiling water. Mix with beater; add 1/2 cup cold water; add pineapple - juice and all. Fold in together. Pour into mold and chill 4 hours. Remove on serving dish and garnish.
