PINEAPPLE JELLO MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, partly softened with mixer
1 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve package of lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Pour into a shallow pan and then add 2 cups cold water and crushed pineapple. Let stand until lightly set in refrigerator. After cream cheese is soft, mix in bowl with preceding mixture then add Cool Whip. Pour all into mold, let stand in refrigerator until firmly set.
